Why Hot Chilli Food and Travel Blog?
Hot Chilli Food and Travel is to share the knowledge of my travels worldwide while adding a dash of local cuisine. It’s my way of sharing what I love about each country, from the people to the scenery. With so many other bloggers doing reviews on hotels, restaurants, etc., I wanted to give readers a different perspective on their visit.
I have travelled all over Asia for work, but this trip to Thailand got me interested in Thai food. So when I returned home, I enrolled in a cooking class at Metta and took a Thai cooking course with them. Now, whenever I encounter something new or exciting during my trips abroad, I’ll be sure to include it on my blog!

I’m a self-taught cook who loves experimenting with different flavours, spices, and cooking techniques. There are many benefits of eating hot chilli foods. Finally, it can also reduce the risk of diabetes by enhancing insulin secretion or sensitivity in the body.

The stomach is the first organ that comes into contact with food. It’s also the only organ involved in digestion that doesn’t come from within us- it comes from our food! However, the stomach can only break down so much of what you put in your mouth before sending it to the small intestine, where most absorption takes place.
We are two friends who love to eat, cook and explore the world together. We grew up in a family where everyone gathered around the table to share our favourite dishes.
