Losing Hope
Losing Hope is the sequel to the bestselling Hopeless, also published by Scholastic. It’s a young adult book about love and loss, but it’s not just about two characters falling in love—the story also follows them as they navigate their newfound lives together.
Both books follow the same main character: Colleen Hoover. In Hopeless, she is introduced as an 18-year-old girl who had been in a coma for a year after her car accident and now wakes up from it with no memory of what happened or anyone around her except her best friend, Harper Lee (who she has no idea dead). In Losing Hope, we learn more about this mysterious woman who seems to know everything even though she doesn’t remember anything!
The first thing you should know about this book is that there are some similarities between these two novels. However, they are different enough that if you read one before either, none will spoil your enjoyment of both books!
Maybe Someday
Maybe Someday is a romance novel about love and friendship, moving on from the past, and finding someone to accept you for who you are. But of course, this book is also about forgiveness, but that’s not why I’m telling you to read it.
Maybe Someday is a standalone novel by Colleen Hoover that can be read without having read any other books by the author before reading this one (although she does have several other books). It follows Elle Carlton as she tries to find her place in life after years of being abused by her mother while growing up. Her best friend seems like he’s what she needs but then finds out that his family disapproves of him dating someone with an abusive past—and so begins their journey towards learning how much they mean to each other despite everything else holding them back from getting together until there’s nothing left standing between them anymore!

The story centers around Harper Winters and Luke Collins, both in their late twenties and trying to move past their failed marriages and stay optimistic about love again. It Ends With Us

Finding Cinderella
Finding Cinderella is about a girl named Annabelle who lives with her grandmother. When she was young, she got lost on the way to school and was taken in by a family that lived in a castle. They took care of her until one day when they went out for dinner with some friends from town. While they were gone, someone broke into the house and kidnapped Annabelle’s mother so he could marry her himself!
When this happened, Annabelle decided it would be best to leave town too—so she did! But before leaving the town behind completely (and without saying goodbye), she went back inside the castle where everyone had been staying lately since their house had burned down earlier that year. There were still some items left behind from when everyone lived there; things like pictures hanging on walls or suitcases sitting around on tables or beds under which blankets were spread out neatly.
When I finished reading Finding Cinderella last night, I felt pleased because now I know what happened next–so don’t worry!
Slammed
Slammed is a young adult novel by Colleen Hoover. It was first published in 2011 and followed the story of Layken and Will, who fall in love at first sight. The book was later adapted into a movie starring Shay Mitchell as Layken and Lucas Jade Zumann as Will.
The plot centers around Layken’s parents’ marriage falling apart around her due to their issues (which are explored later on), causing them to distance themselves from her as she grows up, which leads to an isolated life for her until she meets Will at college where he invites them all over for dinner with his family members including his mother who has died recently from cancer.
Point of Retreat
Point of Retreat is the sequel to the point of Retreat, which Colleen Hoover wrote. It’s a romantic thriller and follows the story of Kate, who is trying to get over her ex-boyfriend but also has feelings for her new boss. So what happens when she has to choose between them?
The novel begins with Kate returning home for Christmas break after working at a large corporation for six years; she hasn’t spoken with her sister in months because they argued about not wanting kids again (she wants children) or having more pets (he doesn’t). As soon as she gets home, there are several text messages from her sister telling her not to come back due to some emergency involving their mother’s health problems; however, when one looks at everything else being said between them, it seems pretty apparent that this isn’t true – and after all these years together it still hurts knowing someone could lie so easily without any hesitation whatsoever!
Then there’s another person involved: Nathaniel Gray (Nate), who works at another downtown firm where Kate lives now. So how do they both fit into each other’s lives?
This Girl
This Girl is a young adult novel by Colleen Hoover. It was published on December 1, 2016, and it’s about Willowdean Dickson, who deals with her mother’s death and the aftermath of it. The book was well-received by critics who praised its plot and characters but noted that it could have been improved with more detail in certain parts of the storyline.
Maybe Now
Maybe Now is a standalone novel, which means it can be read independently. It’s also a romantic love story between two people who fall in love despite their pasts and current circumstances. They’re broken people, but they have to learn to trust each other if they want to move forward into the future together.
In this book, you’ll find how Colleen Hoover came up with her unique writing style and uses it in her books to tell stories about real women like yourself who are struggling daily with life’s challenges—and yours might just be falling for someone new!
Never Never Part III – Colleen Hoover & Tarryn Fisher (Never Never #3)
The third book is in the Never Never series, written by Colleen Hoover and Tarryn Fisher. This book follows two sisters as they navigate their new life in Los Angeles after leaving their hometown of Charleston, South Carolina. Their mother has been diagnosed with cancer, so they decide to move closer to family while she undergoes treatment. But when they arrive at her brother’s apartment complex, nothing goes as planned. He’s not there, nor do his friends know where he is.
As a result, Ella and Becca have no choice but to try renting an apartment themselves instead of staying with him or finding another place altogether. Unfortunately, it doesn’t take long for their problems to start piling up. First, there’s a massive hole in one wall (which leaves Ella without much furniture), ghosts haunt the building, and worst yet? The landlord seems suspiciously obsessed with them!
